Due to capacity restrictions, please pre-purchase your tickets online to guarantee entry over summer. If you hold a ticket purchased earlier in the year you can use our Ticket Update Request to have those tickets updated. Or if you are a guest with a Companion or Carer, or any other form of valid ticket you can complete our Online Booking Request and one of our cheerful guest relations team members will get you sorted!

All members of the public are required to show their vaccine passport through their Services Victoria app. Other acceptable methods include: COVID19 Digital certificate saved to your smart phone, a printed copy with your ID, immunisation history statement with your ID, medical exemption letter with your ID. We do not accept COVID19 appointment cards or negative test result messages.
The current Health Orders require masks to be worn indoors and must be carried at all times. Luna Park will adhere to the latest health advice requirements for mask wearing. Including any easing of restrictions.
Yes, as per Government Health Order requirements, Luna Park has strict density requirements for both indoor and outdoor areas. These limits will change and Luna Park will always adhere to the last health requirements.
YES!!! Luna Park’s capacity is restricted and we strongly recommend that you book your tickets before coming to the Park. Booking your ticket before you come to the Park guarantees entry. Walk up entry to the Park will only be permitted if our capacity allows walk up entry on the day. Avoid disappointment and book your tickets before coming.
Luna Park will comply with all the COVID19 Health Order restrictions, but it is also the responsibility of our guests to comply with those restrictions. Please be patient, respectful and courteous with our staff as we comply with all requirements.
The full park is expected to be open for the summer. Some rides may have capacity restrictions on them to aid social distancing. This will be removed as restrictions ease. Luna Park always reserves the right to close any ride down at any time as per our normal terms and conditions.
In addition to reduced capacity, physical distancing and compulsory face masks, we have an additional cleaning schedule for surfaces and amenities and have sanitising stations around the Park for you to clean your hands.
Yes, you will need to check in through your Services Victoria app and we ask that you also check in all of your children, regardless of their vaccination status.
In line with Government Regulations contact tracing is required for all guests entering Luna Park. Contact Tracing is handled by the official Victorian Government QR Code Service and all guest information submitted for Contact Tracing purposes is held by the Victorian Government as per the Service Victoria Privacy and Security Policy.
Any guest information previously collected and held for contact tracing purposes will be held for 28 days in case COVID-19 infection .
Our normal privacy policy applies in all other circumstances.
We are controlling guest numbers to allow for physical distancing in ride queues, on rides, at food and beverage outlets and other facilities throughout the Park.
We have increased cleaning and sanitising procedures to ensure the highest of hygiene protocols are met, including a ‘sanitise before you ride’ policy and deployment of the ‘Luna Clean Team’.
It is a condition of entry that all visitors observe the advice of the Chief Health Officer to:
keep their distance of 1.5 metres as indicated by signs and ground stickers, unless with a member of their family group,
practice appropriate personal hygiene procedures,
wear a mask while this personal protection is mandated
Provision of signage, sanitiser and cleaning practices throughout the Park will serve as a reminder.
Please don’t come to Luna Park if you feel unwell. Guests must not attend if they are COVID-19 positive or displaying flu like symptoms. We are committed to keeping you healthy and safe, but we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed to COVID19. We rely on you to protect yourself and to:
Wash your hands often and avoid touching your face
Maintain your distance from others
Wear a mask while mandated by the Chief Health Officer
Avoid touching surfaces wherever possible
When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or tissue. Throw tissue into a trash receptacle after use.
